As of today, the property has 100% five star reviews - over 150 of them - a mark of excellence properties rarely reach (try and look - it is hard to find one ranked higher!). James spent 18 years in the tech industry before diving head-first into the short-term rental business. Taking product experience from companies like Amazon, Zillow, and UKG, James developed a results-driven and scientific approach to delivering amazing guest experiences and property success. As the architect of Five Star Stay operations strategy, James will ensure your property is automated, priced competitively, branded professionally, and ready for consistent 5-star reviews and maximum revenue.
JENNIFER MORRISSEY, CO-OWNER / INTERIOR DESIGN
With over two decades of experience in homebuilding and real estate development, Jenny brings unmatched expertise and passion to the short-term rental space. Starting in the industry at just fifteen, she has since designed and built more than 200 homes—ranging from functional entry-level properties to luxurious multi-million-dollar estates. Armed with a degree in Interior Design and a keen eye for detail, Jenny combines construction knowledge with aesthetic excellence to create spaces that not only look beautiful but also maximize comfort, functionality, and guest satisfaction. Her deep understanding of what makes a house feel like a home is the foundation of her success in managing and styling short-term rental properties.
